A course of eight sessions that dives deeper into the world of mindfulness and meditation. We will look in more depth at the nervous system, the brain and the amazing power for self-healing that we each have within us.

Each session will include practice, discussion and reflection and a deep relaxation meditation. We will finish with a grounding cup of tea and a chat. As with the foundation course, an audio file of the meditations and print out of information discussed will be supplied so you never need to worry about missing a session.

Group size is small to allow for that individualised experience.

This course is suitable as a progression from the foundation course or for anyone that has previous meditation experience. A free, no obligation zoom session can be arranged to discuss if you are unsure which group to join or for any other queries.

This course begins on 16th January 2025.

Yes, but unfortunately due to the small number of spaces on the course Well & Truly is unable to give a refund for cancellation if less than 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled date. If you can find a friend or family member to take your place that is fine. You can receive a full refund if more than than 2 weeks is given to enable Well & Truly the chance to make the place available to someone else.

Is the farm easy to find?

Yes, we are about a quarter of a mile from the Bainton Roundabout. You will be sent an email a week before attending with full directions & what to look out for to find the farm. Directions will include What3Words as well as Sat-Nav instructions if preferred. There is plenty of private parking on arrival.

I find it hard to sit on the floor. Will I be comfortable enough to meditate?

No problem, you can sit or lie down for all practices. You can use a cushion to sit against a wall & there are plenty of supports & props to aid comfort.

I don't like shutting my eyes, will this be OK?

That's fine, you don't have to shut your eyes to meditate. There are images on the walls to use for focus if you would prefer. If outside, you can pick a point of focus.
