If circumstances prevail that make it difficult for you to attend sessions in person or you would enjoy beginning your journey even more gently, one to one online and in person sessions can be arranged.
For some people the thought of group experience is a little daunting or maybe for mobility reasons you would prefer a session in the comfort of your own home. My meditation training included Holistic counselling, which is similar to life coaching but looks at emotional and spiritual aspects as well mind and body. If you are suffering from debilitating anxiety or depression this can be a nurturing start to your journey to wellness.
