Take a moment’s pause from the frizzle and frazzle of Summer to join us for this very special Lavender-themed collaborative event. Kate and Ellie will immerse you in the cooling embrace of this wonderful and incredibly versatile plant. The day will hold space for you to be creative, while being nourished in beautiful, natural surroundings. We tend to think of Lavender as nature’s lullaby, but you will discover so much more as we delve into the world of the plant, the herbal supportive properties as well as the folklore and traditions of old.

Lavender, one of our greatest herbal allies, in flower at this time, offers permission to surrender and let go. Supporting us to still the busyness and demands of life, to pause and exhale and leaving us feeling lighter with a deeper sense of calm. Nature’s cooling balm, soothing the mind, body and spirit in preparation for the heat of mid-summer.

Yes, we are about a quarter of a mile from the Bainton Roundabout. You will be sent an email a week before attending with full directions & what to look out for to find the farm. Directions will include What3Words as well as Sat-Nav instructions if preferred. There is plenty of private parking on arrival.

I find it hard to sit on the floor. Will I be comfortable enough to meditate?

No problem, you can sit or lie down for all practices. You can use a cushion to sit against a wall & there are plenty of supports & props to aid comfort.

I don't like shutting my eyes, will this be OK?

That's fine, you don't have to shut your eyes to meditate. There are images on the walls to use for focus if you would prefer. If outside, you can pick a point of focus.
